5. Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel (or expected delivery date).
