Refunds & Returns Policy

At Protea Cricket, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not qualify for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size changes (subject to stock availability).
If you require a different size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by replacement or refund.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
